Thanksgiving is a very special day for our agency, a day to come together and count our many blessings.
This year, we are holding our Community Meals at the Yawkey Housing Resource Center (HRC) in Quincy and our MainSpring House shelter in Brockton which will be open to the public. In addition, we are continuing our expanded meal-delivery operation. In total, we expect to provide meals to approximately 1,500 of our neighbors in need.
In order to make this possible, we have once again launched our Thanksgiving Fund to raise $15,000 to provide Thanksgiving dinners across our community (donation form below).

100% of excess Thanksgiving costs will be directed to our ongoing efforts to support individuals and families at-risk of or experiencing homelessness.
Occasionally, we exchange our donor list with other qualified nonprofit organizations to offset fundraising expenses. If you would like your name to be removed from this exchange program, please email info@helpfbms.org or make a note in the comment section when making a donation.
