What We Do

Father Bill's & MainSpring provides a range of innovative, compassionate, and cost-effective services to assist individuals and families facing a housing crisis. As an agency, we are always researching best practices, evaluating our own performance, and striving to reduce the need for costly emergency shelter.

In recent years, we realigned our staff into regional departments (see map below) and around a coordinated entry system, ensuring that everyone who comes to our doors can more rapidly address their housing crisis.

“The staff put my mind at ease and are always available to answer my questions."

Jillian, who entered FBMS Emergency Shelter with her two daughters after facing homelessness and the uncertainty of couch surfing.
