Homelessness not only takes a serious emotional toll, it is also costly. All too often, someone’s homelessness could have been prevented with timely intervention and/or directed resources.

Tenancy Preservation Program

Father Bill's & MainSpring (FBMS) has specially trained staff in the housing courts to help tenants and property owners avoid costly evictions. Our specialists mediate disputes, negotiate with housing court judges, and arrange for supportive services for disabled tenants.
